Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop predictive models for market evolution and competitive landscape transformation
- Architect long-term strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational structures
- Produce thought leadership publications and trend briefs for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for global enterprises
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex interdisciplinary data
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
