Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications post-2025
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients to capture first-mover advantages in emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof initiatives
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing core offerings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
