Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state opportunities and risks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven visualizations
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Published research or proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and second-order consequence modeling
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
