Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and their market implications
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026-2030 global economic and societal shifts
- Create strategic briefings for executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with future market demands
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks focused on future studies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
