Responsibilities

- Produce foresight briefings for executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Identify and evaluate exponential technologies with 10x+ disruption potential
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state human-machine experiences
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-digital convergence)
- Proven track record of translating futures research into business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published work in futurism journals or industry foresight platforms
