As part of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution through 2030.
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and ethical AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on 5-year innovation horizons
- Produce quarterly intelligence briefings for board-level strategic decisions
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies through stakeholder consensus
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing organizational strategy
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic foresight projects
