- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state product visions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning InnovateX as a future-shaping authority
- Quantify future market potential through data-driven forecasting and competitive landscape mapping
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
