Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations through dedicated night shift coverage (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies
- Document processes and create technical documentation for knowledge transfer
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contribute to automation scripts and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with security protocols and data protection standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing STEM or business degree
- Availability for full-time summer commitment (40 hours/week) on night shift schedule
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or relevant programming languages
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or DevOps tools preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated learner with ability to work independently
