Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong quantitative and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning for 5-10 year horizons
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
