Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces and paradigm shifts affecting global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategies and risk mitigation
- Author white papers and thought leadership frameworks for industry conferences and policy summits
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 5+ year commercialization horizons
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-economic variables to forecast market evolutions through 2030
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work with 5+ year accuracy validation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
