Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech), and socioeconomic indicators to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and maintain multi-horizon strategic foresight frameworks, including scenario planning and trend impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models and customer experiences
- Present compelling narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings, white papers, and interactive workshops
- Build and curate an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight outputs into quarterly strategic reviews and annual planning cycles
- Maintain a living repository of emerging technologies and their potential disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and influencing executive decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
