- Develop and maintain the organization's 5-year strategic foresight framework
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Present executive-level trend briefings to the board and C-suite leadership
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports for investor and stakeholder audiences
- Drive organizational adoption of futures-thinking methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in futures studies (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
