- Analyze global socio-economic drivers impacting industry evolution post-2025
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed narratives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal education
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing future-proof business strategies with measurable ROI
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
