Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging innovations into enterprise roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive market analyses
- Adv executive teams on technology adoption timelines and investment strategies
- Design innovation incubators for prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technical signals affecting technology evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioengineering, AGI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and global forums
- Portfolio of published future-state scenarios or strategic frameworks
