- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with ESG goals and sustainable development targets
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
