- Establish innovation KPIs for exponential growth metrics
- Curate partnerships with academic labs and quantum startups
- Architect governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor next-gen talent in future studies methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in futures research frameworks (scenario planning, Delphi methods)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience with venture capital/VC ecosystems for future-tech investing
