Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience and innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations to the C-suite and board
- Lead thought leadership initiatives including white papers, conference presentations, and industry roundtables
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Demonstrated success translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate visionary concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio published in foresight journals or industry publications preferred
