Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams
- Lead workshops to embed futurist thinking into organizational culture and product development
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical developments affecting business strategy
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for C-level audiences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or published foresight work
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives in Fortune 500 environments
