Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, quantum computing) to define 2026+ strategic imperatives
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead horizon scanning workshops with stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities
- Translate future visions into measurable KPIs and implementation frameworks
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing company-wide decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product development, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3) and societal shifts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
