Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Quantify risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Present insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs to track strategy execution and adapt to changing dynamics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience with AI/quantum computing or biotech preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) strongly desired
