- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven foresight track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Published thought leadership on emerging societal or technological paradigms
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
