- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and innovation priorities
- Monitor global tech policy, societal shifts, and market disruptors to update strategic forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for future market demands
- Present executive-level insights on future scenarios and opportunity landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or technology innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management and executive communication
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
