Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to inform strategic direction
- Develop and maintain a 5-10 year future scenario framework for enterprise resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused products/services
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish metrics to track emerging signals and validate strategic hypotheses
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Curate thought leadership content and industry foresight reports
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Deep knowledge of AI, climate tech, biotechnology, and societal shifts
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term strategy
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
