Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Analyze exponential tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service blueprints
- Establish horizon scanning protocols for early identification of disruptive forces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future scenarios
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and scenario planning tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
