Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and maintain predictive models for market evolution scenarios
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings and trend reports
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future state planning
- Establish partnerships with academic futurist networks
- Quantify business impact of emerging opportunities and threats
- Maintain proprietary Horizon Intelligence database
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or advanced market research
- Expertise in scenario planning, predictive analytics, and trend forecasting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Strong proficiency in AI forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
