Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into client innovation pipelines and R&D frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-level stakeholders with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation with future-facing focus
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, neurotech, climate resilience systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation publications
