Responsibilities
- Develop and present 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for C-level executives
- Author proprietary trend reports on AI ethics, climate resilience, and neurotech
- Design predictive analytics models using Python and advanced statistical methods
- Manage relationships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Drive innovation sprints for quantum computing and biotech integration
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining 95% client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend mapping, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Portfolio of 3+ enterprise-level strategic roadmaps (2019-2023)
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight methodology (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
