- Author thought leadership content and deliver strategic briefings to stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed foresight into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futures research with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Mastery of scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling innovation programs in matrixed organizations
