Responsibilities
- Design and execute a 5-year strategic innovation roadmap for 2026
- Partner with C-suite to align technological investments with market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI systems
- Drive patent strategy for next-gen tech patents
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in quantum computing or biotech innovation
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or future-of-work
- Executive-level experience managing R&D budgets >$50M
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Deep network with DARPA/NIH/NASA innovation circles
