Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Architect cross-platform innovation roadmaps integrating Web3, biotech, and neural interfaces
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align executive vision with R&D priorities
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Author quarterly disruption briefs for board and investor communications
- Manage a $15M innovation incubator fund for experimental projects
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching category-defining tech products (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech patents, regulatory landscapes, and ethical implications
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., MFML) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
