Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions with 18-month deployment cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting technologies in biotech, space exploration, and decentralized systems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners securing $50M+ annual R&D budgets
- Author thought leadership publications read by Fortune 500 technology decision-makers
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards for emerging markets
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record launching technologies adopted by >1M users within 24-month cycles
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and impact assessment
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers on technological forecasting
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate innovation funding >$20M
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies commercialized between 2020-2025
