- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and KPI tracking
- Build and lead a high-impact futurist research team across 3 global hubs
- Present findings to Fortune 500 boards and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps in tech/finance sectors
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
