- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder alignment and ROI modeling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Mentor 15+ technical specialists in future-tech methodologies
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature (2020-2023)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global partnerships
