Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmap for post-2025 technological paradigms
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics research initiatives
- Develop sustainable tech solutions for 2026 market needs
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget across 12+ projects
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich for cutting-edge research
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or similar tech giants
- Published research in quantum/AI (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Proven track record scaling tech from lab to market
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and AI ethics standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
