Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, Web4.0, etc.)
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation programs
- Drive adoption of responsible AI frameworks and ethical tech standards in product development
- Present innovation portfolios to investors and industry stakeholders at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020+ tech deployment experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or AI governance
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex trends into actionable plans
- Experience leading global teams across distributed innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or peer-reviewed innovation research
