Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs worldwide
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital and government grants for breakthrough projects
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD researchers and industry specialists
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field with 10+ years of applied research
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech environments
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, and international research consortia
- Certified in Futures Methodology and Technology Roadmapping
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
