Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for sustainable infrastructure solutions
- Lead quantum computing research initiatives targeting commercial applications
- Architect AI governance frameworks for ethical autonomous systems
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory trends affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 8+ years experience in technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling R&D projects to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, sustainable tech, or AI ethics
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
