Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling solutions to $50M+ revenue impact
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or equivalent experience
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
