Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies with $2M+ annual budgets
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Analyze emerging market trends to identify $500M+ revenue opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to Fortune 500 clients and executive stakeholders
- Oversee patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on 2026+ horizon planning
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ commercialization
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting tools
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS or APF)
