Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and strategic pivots
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and scenario planning documents
- Establish KPIs to track innovation ROI and market readiness for 2026 initiatives
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market trend analysis
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation strategies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, scenario planning)

- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies (e.g., CFMP) preferred
