Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging tech opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning to detect paradigm-shifting innovations across 15+ sectors
- Design scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping of next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting with proven impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level communication
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, Engineering, Data Science)
- Portfolio showcasing future-focused projects or publications
