Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough solutions
- Analyze market disruptors and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 technology adoption
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating futuristic technologies into existing ecosystems
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor talent in future-focused skills and exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with innovation focus
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities

- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
