Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term innovation strategies aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum AI and biotech integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-focused R&D
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ ecosystems
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling executive narratives and investment cases
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech frameworks for circular economy models
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or AI ethics
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $50M+ impact
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, APAC)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
