Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 innovation roadmap through market analysis and technology trend forecasting
- Architect cross-functional projects integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Drive strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Mentor innovation teams while managing $10M+ R&D budgets and P&L
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Launch pilot programs with measurable impact on sustainability and human advancement
- Oversee patent portfolio development and IP commercialization strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of executing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business required
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO, CIMP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
