Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscape (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Build and maintain external partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot implementation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
