Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-10 year strategic frameworks

- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
