- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Build stakeholder partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Measure and communicate innovation KPIs to executive leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning with proven 3-5 year foresight experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum computing)
- Strong background in scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in the past
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
