Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation strategy aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Drive commercialization of carbon-negative technologies
- Establish global standards for ethical AI deployment frameworks
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Sustainability with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or circular economy systems
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Experience securing $30M+ in government innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
