About the Role: You'll lead cross-functional teams in developing next-generation innovation roadmaps, conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies, and translate future scenarios into actionable strategies. This position requires equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on prototyping in our state-of-the-art Innovation Lab.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps for clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Facilitate future scenario workshops with C-suite executives and academic partners
- Design and validate MVP prototypes using emergent tech stacks (Web3, AR/VR, advanced robotics)
- Author thought leadership on post-2025 societal and economic transformation
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolios with measurable ROI metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or future studies
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching products with exponential growth potential
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on long-term technological disruption
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
