Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026-2030 technology innovation strategy aligned with company vision
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technological shifts
- Manage cross-functional teams in piloting emerging tech prototypes
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, biotech, AI)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
